Please note that in the case of made to measure garments we require at least 3 weeks for completion, bespoke made garments require considerably longer.

You must make sure that exact measurements are given as no refunds can be allowed on our made to measure services.

In the instance there is a need to substitute fabric you will be notified of this before construction commences.

Unfortunately again due to the nature of made to measure we do not provide refunds.
We make sure that each garment is made of the highest quality and checked before it is dispatched.
