We make sure that your garment is checked and inspected before dispatch and leaves made from the highest quality it is expected.
We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from us. If you make a purchase of any of our ready to wear garments you have 7 days from receipt of goods to inform us you wish to return the product and a further 5 days to return actual product to us.
We recommend that you return the goods in the original or appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with the seller.We will process a refund of your order directly to your debit or credit payment card (as the case may be), which typically occurs no later than 14 days on receipt of returned goods.
